Dragon's Den Yorkshire Businesses line up for Manufactured Yorkshire 2015
A Huddersfield based business creating homemade cookies, loaves and ‘traditional cakes with a twist’ and backed by Deborah Meaden will be exhibiting at Manufactured Yorkshire 2015. Former dinner lady Allison Whitmarsh saw the gap in the market four years ago when she took advantage of a ‘Business Mine’ grant and set up ProperMaid. Since then the company has won many awards.
Taking the stage is Approved Food owner, Dan Cluderay. Recently voted one of the Top 500 UK Internet Retailers, Dan appeared on Dragon's Den in February this year. After being ousted from the den, Dan received a £400k investment offer the very next day that the programme was aired.
