At the moment most of our high value foods are imported. By adopting circular models, we can grow it ourselves and cut out the transport; creating jobs and improving our financial sustainability.

Adrian shows delegates how to move from a "linear" business model towards a "circular" business model - reusing waste which is turned into energy with the bi-product of the process becoming organic fertiliser. Delegates will learn how to:
